Our Program

Care For Children From 6 Weeks To 13 Years

Pee Wee Prep provides care for children beginning at 6 weeks of age and continuing through age 13. Full-time care is offered Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, excluding holidays and emergency closures.

Pee Wee Prep also works with programs throughout the State of New Jersey so the families it serves can connect with strong child care resources and additional support services.

Pee Wee Prep combines early childhood education with community partnerships to support children, families, staff and the broader Hudson County community.

Grow NJ Kids is New Jersey’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) for early childhood education. The program helps parents identify high-quality child care while also helping providers continue improving their programs.

Pee Wee Prep has participated in Grow NJ Kids since 2023 and proudly holds a 4 star rating at its Bayonne location. The center continues working with the program to strengthen services for students, families, staff and the Hudson County community.

Infants & Toddlers

From infancy through 24 months, children receive attentive and nurturing care in a safe setting focused on responsive caregiving, learning through everyday routines, exploration and sensory play.

Toddler classes use the Creative Curriculum to combine play-based learning with child-centered activities, teacher-guided exploration, social-emotional development and academics for meaningful early learning experiences.

To address the individual needs of children in its care, Pee Wee Prep follows The Creative Curriculum for Preschools, a highly regarded early childhood curriculum approved by the State of New Jersey. The system supports children from infancy through school age by combining academic learning, social-emotional development and hands-on, play-based experiences.
